About Your Job:
The Kitchen Porter is responsible for the cleaning of the Kitchen and Back of House areas ensuring that all production and service areas remain free from contamination and bacteria at all times and in line with HACCP guidelines and all equipment, small wares, crockery & cutlery is washed within the stipulated time and as per the hygiene guideline adopted by the unit.
You will ensure cleaning and ware washing of all incoming airline equipments are performed as per established norms and standards, Ensure uninterrupted supply of clean equipment to user departments as per flight schedules and production requirements and ensure minimum or no breakage /damage of airlines equipment and proper report of breakage /damage in the shift is maintained
About You:
Ideally you will have 2 years experience with any reputable Hotel or Restaurant Chain/Flight Catering units with Working knowledge of Health & Safety Practices within a restaurant and Kitchen environment. Understanding of working safely with chemicals and solutions is required.
