 The job holder is responsible for coordinating the marketing activities of Liwan Cafe to ensure gaining the desired level of revenues and reputation.

 The job holder is responsible to plan and manage the contracts, proposals and promotional activities for Liwan Cafe in presenting and communicating business or franchise with vendors, customers, or any concerned parties.

 The job holder is responsible to initiate / drive market and customer research in order to develop strategies for enhancing the popularity of the brand and growth of products in the region, in terms of market share and penetration.

 Review, monitor, and report about any issue or modifications within the contract for franchising to ensure the desired profitability and accepted conditions for our side.

 Update the higher level management about any changes that might affect our side from the franchise contract per changing market conditions, vendor requirements, or customers.

 Ensure that the level of service is as desired through the franchise, and play the role of recommending or training when it's needed to ensure the quality of service is in place.

 Scan, oversee, and suggest any new areas that can be adopted and generate more profits to operations and services in Liwan Cafe.

 Troubleshoot for any further considerations to be taken in place in dealing with the current franchise or any potential contracts.

 Studies, analyzes and develops the marketing strategy/plans which will ensure adequate market penetration/market share/product positioning for the types of services available in alignment with the overall corporate objectives and business plans.

 Prepare promotional packages in order to deliver marketing plans, increase the customers reliability, and or name branding in the market.

 Prepares and submits draft marketing plans and budgets and follows up for approval.

 Translates the approved sales and marketing plans into calendar of marketing activities and monitors achievement of the same.

 Derives advertisement / promotion activities and ensures that the advertising plan/expenditure provides maximum return on expenditure.

 Ensures that market research is tackling pricing, market share, competitor information, customer profile, customer feed-back on quality and other important parameters in order to facilitate and or plan marketing strategies.

 Plans and drives the development of corporate and services literature/brochures for the company's products and services and ensures quality / attractiveness.

 Ensures accurate and timely preparation and submission of management information reports covering utilisation of sales budgets, marketing activities, market and competitor information.

 Develops mechanism/system for evaluating customer service and satisfaction and thereafter initiating corrective action.

 Participates in trade shows/exhibitions that help fulfil company's sales & marketing objectives.

 Review current pricing and provide with the desired level of assistance in services planning & developing activities
