- Undertake and manage departmental administration including the coordination of subordinate secretarial and data processing activities.
- Manage and coordinate help desk activities for the Communication department.
- Assist in the various communication activities of the department.
- Prepare reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and maintain Electronic databases in accordance with departmental business needs.
- Liaise with other departments to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of new and existing procedures and flowcharts for the department.
