Purchase Manager - Ahmed Ali Madkhali Group Jan 18th 2013, 02:15 Job Description: - Plan and implement a comprehensive purchasing program. - Establish and supervise the stockyard - Maintain vendor contacts, solicits bids and quotes - Ensure timely procurement and stocking of all materials required for the project in close coordination with the Project Manager and the Quantity Surveyor - Arrange with the suppliers on delivery dates and transportation of materials to site. - Arrange for Client/Consultant inspection of the materials on delivery to site. - Organize mobilization of materials from stockyard to work locations as and when required in close coordination with the Project Engineer and QA/QC Engineer. - Ensure that all inspected and approved materials are well covered and protected from adverse weather conditions. - Organize transferring of all unused/surplus materials from site locations to stockyard upon completion of the works. - Coordinate with Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor, Project Engineers, QA/QC Engineer, Job Details Date Posted: 2013-01-18 Job Location: Jizan, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Purchasing/Procurement Company Industry: Construction; Construction/Civil Engineering; Industrial Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Gender: Male Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
