Job Description:
Our company is looking for a highly motivated, experienced & qualified Ready Mix Plant Manager to manage the operations, and personnel for its Ready Mix Plants, which supply concrete to the Company's projects.
Prerequisites -
- To supervise, lead and enforce efficient work practice among the team.
- Responsible for the Quality Control System.
- To ensure the Quality Management System "QMS" is established, implemented, maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 QMS Standard.
- To coordinate and plan a timely production schedule to meet Projects' requirements.
- Evaluate and analyze plant performance, modification with efficiency, thereby reducing costs, and reaching optimum levels.
- To maintain a healthy & safe environment that complies with local law regulations. Meet with team members on work safety and follow-up on accidents investigation reports.
- Responsible for effectively managing the dispatch mixer trucks, cement haulers, aggregate supply so as to balance maintenance needs against production.
- Liaise with the Management team and staff to set production goals and budgets, ensure that the goals are achieved and budgets maintained.
- Quality standards to be set and ensure the same is maintained
- Ensure timely deliveries, with follow-up on complaints and lead the team on solving issues, whether on quality or productivity.
- Reports on productions results and audit production system to be submitted.
