1- Seeks out, interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill existing company job openings.
2- Discusses personnel needs with department heads to prepare and implement recruitment program.
3- Follow up career day and all other related evinces and contact organizers to arrange Co. participation.
4- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
5- Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
6- Screens and refers qualified applicants to company hiring personnel for follow-up interview.
7- Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
8- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
9- Files and maintains employment records for future references.
10- Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards, recommending revision as needed.
11- Projects yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary control.
12- Other duties as assigned.
