1. Proactive communication with customers via telephone, e-mail; managing database records; drafting status reports on Delivery issues; and supervising staff.
2. Managing the daily running and operation of Delivery in all branches of an Italian Restaurant.
3. Analyzing progress reports and performance levels for the staff performance and service levels.
4. Training new employees in Delivery Call Agents.
5. Updating policies and procedures for Call Center.
6. Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their requirements, questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
7. Performs data entry and uses software programs. Also may require research skills to trouble shoot customer problems.
8. Excellent communication ability in English is essential.
