Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for Bid Management Process for public tenders and private quotations, coordination of large multi P&L deals and contract review for direct sales.
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for tendering process and Coordinate quotations for Multi-P&L deals with the commercial, Pricing, Service & Finance teams ? Validate tender requirements, highlight risks to the commercial team, when it comes to penalties or other aspects of the tender. ? Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc. ? Manage internal deal review process of terms and conditions prior to contract signature for direct sales with the commercial, legal and finance teams ? Ensure compliance with public procurement requirements when dealing with governments ? Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. ? Supporting continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification.
Qualifications/Requirements
Strong project management skills? Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time.? Time Management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision.? Proficient in use of Microsoft Project and excel with speed and accuracy.? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.? Fluent English? Knowledge of local contract and legal requirements
Desired Characteristics
3-5 years working experience in commercial field? PMP (Preferred)? Ability to multitask and Resourceful
