Role Summary/Purpose
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the entire cash support function & teams: invoicing, account reconciliation, private customer collection, LC management, cash application - Lead, manage and develop a team of 5 to 6 analysts & admin - Responsible for the invoicing cycle & process: manage invoicing cycle across the 1GEHC organization, proactive documentation process management with BO, Sales, OTR & Controllership, reduce invoicing cycle time, manage invoicing data warehouse storage, - Distribute daily and weekly tasks to the invoicing team, ensure all service contracts & equipment invoices are reconciled (public & private, open account & LC deals) - Daily follow-up with the team - Maintain accurate and high value added invoicing dashboards: Time to invoice, Time to submit to cash, number of invoices by admin per day, week, month... Assess process gaps, partner with BO, OTR, Sales and commercial leaders to improve process gaps and reduce invoicing cycle - Responsible for account reconciliation: ensure all deals reconciled between ILD & PO, systematic review of payment terms in EoM, proactive leadership to identify process gaps and improve billing term process: partner with ITO & commercial finance leaders to improve billing term booking process - Manage a senior finance analyst to ensure timely and effective LC process management: partner with sales & controllership to review and approve LC payment terms, manage LC invoices preparation and submission, manage bank process up to cash collection, maintain appropriate LC management tracker, ensure All LC collected on time, proactive LC driven process with OTR & sales - Manage cash applica
