Role Summary/Purpose
Essential Responsibilities
- Works on projects often requiring independent decision-making - Collection and update of regional master data by working closely with the GE Healthcare Salesforce teams. - Resolve data quality issues after review with multiple Sales Teams across the Saudi Region - Implement data quality resolution methodologies for the Saudi region - Support CRM Deployment Leader on training activities - Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new P&Ls deployment - Support End-User on the user of Universal Customer Master, Salesforce.com CRM, and Siebel CPQ Platforms - Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates. - Conduct Trainings for medium and large sized-groups - Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Strong IT background with demonstrated capabilities in Oracle Technologies2. Good knowledge of CRM deployments, especially with Salesforce.com3. Advanced Proficiency in Excel 20104. Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities 5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Arabic Language proficiency is a bonus
