Supply Chain Coordinator Jan 27th 2013, 08:13 Roles and Responsibilities: •Ensure streamlined Customer Order Fulfillment •Assist Procurement group in buying and sourcing in all phases. •Create, maintain and update approved vendor list •Keep track on prevailing local and international market prices for products. •Identifying opportunities for substitute products and alternate supply sources. •Implement & Conduct Supplier Evaluation and Selection Analysis •Identify need, Negotiate prices and contract terms from suppliers •Build and develop relationships with key vendors •Meets with vendors and contractors to ensure order fulfillment and evaluate the supplier performance. •Maintain inventory levels to optimize service levels and customer Order Fulfillment. •Liaise with Procurement for Periodic Procurement Plans to obtain and provide regular and accurate updates on Vendor delivery commitments to Inventory teams. •Managing, whilst maintaining pre-defined levels of inventory. •Liaise with Logistics for inbound and outbound logistics movement while maintaining the Required Documentation.
