Head of Performance Management - Future Career Generator Feb 20th 2013, 10:55 On behalf of a leading retail client we are seeking Head of Performance Management to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the GM, Strategic Planning and Business Development. Responsible to Support management control and monitor to business performance in delivering the performance management program and executive performance dashboard along with all division corrective action plans and root cause analysis • Setting up and implement a successful business performance measurement frame work, KPI's and processes including Sales and Operations Planning activity. • Prepare all business performance measurement supporting materials, reports and periodical executive business dashboard. • Manage monthly PM and S&OP process and action plans, issue resolution and tracking. • Drive accountability and process improvement based on key performance metrics and targets. • Support different business unit sales toward forecasting accuracy and inventory strategies toward inventory optimization through effective PM and S & OP execution. • Responsible for the management and execution of all activities within the PM to ensure timely, Efficient, and professional execution of all root cause analysis and corrective action plans. • Interacts with different divisions and supports in cross-functional issues resolution • Established efficient communication channels between divisions, other disciplines and departments • Consolidates PM executive dashboard reports and tracking documentation in context of action plans and root cause analysis. • Established efficient reporting and escalation mechanisms using proper tools and processes and that proper corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner Job Details Date Posted: 2013-02-20 Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Management Company Industry: Retail/Wholesale; Telecommunications; FMCG Joining Date: 2013-04-01 Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Gender: Male Nationality: United Arab Emirates; Bahrain; Djibouti; Algeria; Egypt; Iraq; Jordan; Comoros; Kuwait; Lebanon; Libya; Morocco; Mauritania; Oman; Palestine; Qatar; Saudi Arabia; Sudan; Somalia; Syria; Tunisia; Yemen Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
