Head of Project Management Office - Future Career Generator Feb 20th 2013, 11:02 On behalf of a leading retail client we are seeking a Head of Project Management Office to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the GM, Strategic Planning & Business Development. Support management in delivering projects/programs and take decision based on strategic priorities & resources capacity • Setting up a successful PMO frame work with all related tools, processes and reporting techniques • Responsible for management, execution of all activities within the PMO to ensure timely, Efficient, and professional execution of all projects tasks • Facilitates the execution of major projects/action plans until the operations phase as per the approved project/action plan, with associated milestones and key activities required, streamlining independencies and monitoring progress. • Established efficient reporting and escalation mechanisms using proper tools and processes and that proper corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner • Coordinate all requirements for new projects/action plans and come up with an agreed critical schedule path with the provider and closely monitor the budget consumption with Project Control. • Ensured reporting tasks are timely executed, and that reports are complete and cover all project needs, including progress status and financial status, versus project timelines, contractual obligations and other commitments • Works with the Divisions to estimate resources required for each respective development project • Interacts with project team leaders and supports in cross-functional issues resolution • Established efficient communication channels between projects, support sections, other disciplines and departments • Performed Risk Management activities by ensuring that critical project tasks and blocking issues are thoroughly analyzed Job Details Date Posted: 2013-02-20 Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Management Company Industry: FMCG; Retail/Wholesale Joining Date: 2013-04-01 Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Gender: Male Nationality: United Arab Emirates; Bahrain; Djibouti; Algeria; Egypt; Iraq; Jordan; Comoros; Kuwait; Lebanon; Libya; Morocco; Mauritania; Oman; Palestine; Qatar; Saudi Arabia; Sudan; Somalia; Syria; Tunisia; Yemen Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
