Restaurant Manager - 400 seats - Afkar Holding Feb 20th 2013, 07:48 For a 400 seats restaurant in Amchit we are looking for a Restaurant Manager with the following responsibilities: o Control expenses/daily sales and initiate strategies to increase revenues and decrease expenses. o Assist customers looking for functions/special events through proper communication of set menus and fulfilling customer requests within company's policies and procedures. o Ensure sequence of service is adhered to by all employees to guarantee customer satisfaction. o Ensure SOPs and systems are strictly followed. o Motivate, develop and coach all employees. o Control employees discipline and take action regarding any rules violation. o Train, assist employees and conduct assessment for training needs.
