Senior Project Engineer - Manpower Middle East Feb 17th 2013, 11:44 ur client, a highly diversified conglomerate group of companies is seeking to recruit a Senior Project EngineerYour duties will include but not limited to1. Coordinate with the consultant and the contractor to ensure availability of permits, contract documents and good for construction drawings.2. Review the project&apos;s mobilization plan and resources allocation.3. Review the project&apos;s program and the logic Method of Construction4. Monitoring the updated progress and the status of material delivery and issuing regular reports5. Solicit material and Contractor price quotes for the provisional sums6. Participate in all Project meetings7. Monitoring project&apos;s budget vs. actual variances8. Follow up of project&apos;s activities, utilization of resources and cost control. 9. Follow up Consultant&apos;s approvals to keep the progress on track.10. Ensure the application of the total quality plan and monitor the quality of works.11. Monitor and control variation orders and contractor&apos;s claims12. Respond to all construction and contractual correspondence13. Review payment certificates and ensure the application of payment terms14. Expedite delivery of materials and progress of subcontractors.15.
