Subsea Engineer - Shell Feb 20th 2013, 07:25 -Develop and maintain a working plan for the design, procurement, manufacture, testing and installation of the subsea system for new/replacement equipments; -Management the subsea facilities system and suppliers through execution of the work plan to ensure that the operation and maintenance objectives in terms of Health, Safety and Environment, reliability, operability, schedule and budget are met; -Lead design, construction, installation and commissioning safety reviews; -Ensure all subsea system interface issues are identified, managed and closed out; -Develop and execute a preventative maintenance program for subsea hardware detailing required activities, timing and responsibilities; -Mentor junior subsea hardware engineers.
