Main Responsibilities
• To organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology;
• To maintain records (documents controller) and files of work and revisions (archives, version control, shared folders accessibility, documents updating, etc.)
• To compile, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, or verify information or data.
• To edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or employees;
• To evaluate information to determine compliance with standards and policies (e.g. SDLC) using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with standards and policies;
• To review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and contents without expose the document structure or deviating from the overall objective;
• To select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material;
• To interview subject matter personnel and read manuals, catalogs, brochures and other material to become familiar with technologies and methodologies;
• To capture minutes of meeting during different types of meetings and circulate to stakeholders onwards;
• To be dedicated for writing documentations; e.g. business cases, reports, case studies, memos, technical reports, RFPs, BoQs, etc.
• To document lessons learned during scenarios like Disaster Recovery testing;
• To analyze developments or changes to determine need for revisions in previously published materials;
• To provide information to managers, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person;
• To Keep up-to-date with new technologies and applying new knowledge to the job;
• To analyze data or information by identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts;
• As a project coordinator, follow up on operations i.e. coordinating between teams on different operational tasks as well as resolving and remediate conflicts & pending issues specifically with Application teams e.g. DR bundle testing, initiate & close testing windows;
• To perform administrative activities by performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork;
• To observe, receive, and obtaining information from all relevant sources;
