• Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations and waiting lists
• Present menu, answer customer queries and make suggestions regarding our food and beverage options
• Listen and respond to comments and questions of every guests and pay regular table checks
• Ensure fast and accurate guest service at all times and solve guest problems the best way possible
• Supervise on the staff compliance to the service steps
• Responsible for resolving customer issues and provide relevant support to staff in resolving customer complaints to keep up the standards of the chocolate bar service
• Check the average ticket delivery time of foods & beverages
• Check all takeout orders are accurate before signing off
• Assist in development and motivation of team.
