HSE Officer Mar 4th 2013, 06:30 •Communicate and follow up on Group HSE standards with all departments. •Prepare monthly HSE reports. •Train all employees on relevant and applicable Group HSE Training Modules. •Conduct HSE induction for any new employee, visitor and contractors. •Prepare agenda for the monthly HSE Committee Meetings, take minutes, communicate the minutes and follow up actions. •Maintain ISO14001 certification. •Update and follow up on rolling action plan. •Perform any other HSE duties as directed/required by senior management. •Keep and maintain HSE records at all times (HSE toolbox registers, HSE induction sign form, Investigation reports, etc). •Issue and update safety documentations related to the scope of work. •Perform scheduled internal HSE inspections and audits.
