The Ideal Candidate Should:
• Canvass new Deposits & promote company products/services.
• Be able to manage a deposit portfolio and procure funds from the general public.
• Have the ability and experience to plan and implement business strategies.
• Identify new market segments for new deposits & have the ability to direct & motivate the deposit staff.
Pre - requisites for this position:
• Posses a minimum of 5 years experience in fund mobilization & field sales.
• Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualification in related areas is not essential but will be an advantage.
• Experience in development of new deposit products will be a definite advantage.
• Selling, appointments & customer visits.
