- Responsible for the identification of patients' needs and respond accordingly.
- To register and collect payment for inpatient and outpatient
- Act as an intermediary for customer complaints and defuses difficult situations as required.
- Attends to VIP clients from the time of arrival till discharge.
- To attend customer related issues to ensure customer's experience are well maintained.
- Channels all customers' complaints to the respective Unit Heads concerned for improvement of services.
- Compiles all complaints/surveys and makes appropriate recommendations to the management.
- Assist in marketing of the medical centre services.
- Takes potential clients on a tour of the facilities of the medical centre.
- Participates actively in all medical centre events.
