1. Develop marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.

5. Liaising and working through a network of new agents which include international property management companies, estate agents etc.
6. Involved in developing new marketing initiatives to attract local, international clients, investors etc.
7. Contacting large investors and buyers through brokers and agents or direct.
8. Collating customer inquiries and understanding specific customers' requirement. Organizing customer site visits and arranging meetings and ensuring the deal is closed successfully.
9. Ensuring timely collections of pending dues.
10. Collecting the deposits and various payments and organizing the smooth entry of the client into the premises.
