Primary Purpose of the Job
Develops and executes agreed strategic and short-range sales plans to attain corporate equipment volume, market-share and profit objectives
Main Duties
-Develops and manages the successful execution of the agreed annual sales budget and ensures adherence to budget limitations
-Continually reviews markets conditions and competitor activity to identify, report and act on threats to and opportunities for the company
-Suggest optimum stock level through effective use of the sales management system
-Manages the development and execution of marketing plans and promotional activities that enhance the corporate image of the company and maximize sales enquiries. Ensures timely collection of receivables
-Establishes and maintains interdivisional exchange to create corporate brand ownership versus divisional or branch focus
-Ensures proper selection, development and performance evaluation of sales staff with special consideration to local nationals
-Prepares periodic reports to management and suppliers
-Responsible of the achievement in his Geographical area
-Performs other duties related to his area of responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Director
