About the Role:
The function of this position is to be the coordinator of the departments within the floor, mainly when a visitor or customer is looking for a DMCC employee.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and high quality administrative support service to DMCC employees
Manage the distribution of correspondence/mail/courier dispatches
Deal with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and provide effective transfer of information
Facilitate employee operational requests as and when required such as meeting room booking, conference calls, etc
Maintain accurate and easily retrievable filing system
Answers and transfers a very busy switchboard promptly, professionally and courteously
