Head of Accounting May 7th 2013, 21:14  Performing all accounting related tasks, with assistance of other team members for the company.  Follow-up with Sales team in collection of the overdue amounts in time to ensure smooth cash flow.  Managing the relationship with the auditors, planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategy, and funding.  Timely presentation of MIS Reports with accuracy to the CFO  Overseeing the day to day accounting processes and guiding Accountant and Senior Accountants.  Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, Group Policies, and internal guidelines.  Liaise with Auditors - both statutory and internal - for timely and smooth completion of the audit.  Work on Special projects from time to time as required by Management  Preparation and reconciliation of all monthly financial statements.  Assists the CFO in creating, monitoring, and updating financial related policies and procedures  Monthly Expense Analysis  Must be articulate with the confidence and ability to present in detail to senior management both internally and externally.
