Internal audit May 7th 2013, 21:23  Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the internal audit strategies to ensure effectiveness of the audit process and achievement of the audit objectives.  Ensure compliance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of internal Auditing issued by the Institute of internal Auditors.  Develop a risk based annual and 5 years plan of audit activities based on a 3 year audit cycle.  Conduct periodic review and update of the plan to ensure that priorities are given to high risk auditable areas.  Develop programs for each audit engagement, including the scope, objectives, timing and resource allocations.  Assure effective and efficient implementation of the audit programs to ensure that sufficient records are identified, analyzed and evaluated to achieve audit objectives.  Make appropriate recommendations to improve the business processes, reliability and integrity of the control systems over the financial, administrative and operational activities of the company.  Interact with staff, section heads, department directors and managers and when necessary with executive management in order to obtain and/or communicate relevant information to achieve the objective/s of the Financial Operational audits Maintain all organizational and professional ethical standards and ensure Internal audit activities are carried out in compliance with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (Standards ) and IIA Code of Ethics  Developing statistics on the Internal audit findings on periodic basis and highlighting Internal Control weaknesses area/segment/process wise as well as suggestions for improvement  Communicate the results, findings and recommendations of audit projects via written reports and face-to-face presentations on a timely basis to the management, CFO/CEO, Audit Committee, Board of Directors as required  Ensure that audit procedures are strictly adhered to, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documentation of processes and procedures Job Details Date Posted: 2013-05-07 Job Location: Doha, Qatar Job Role: Quality Control Company Industry: Telecommunications Monthly Salary: US $10,000 Joining Date: 2013-06-09 Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Degree: Certification / diploma Apply Now - Jobs in Qatar - Search All Jobs
