Essential Duties of the Position:
- Manage the calls effectively and quickly according to the hotel standards.
- Answer to any reservations inquiries using phone, e-mail and fax
- Handles Reservations and Reservation enquiries in a prompt and effective manner.
- Review arrivals, departures, VIP list and Food & Beverage Event Sheet to familiarize with the ongoing hotel status and activities.
- Handles guest complaints
