Essential Duties of the Position:
- Assist the Reservation Manager in all rooms' enquiries, reservations, confirmations, cancellations and operating yield management to ensure highest rates and occupancy are achieved.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions in a professional and friendly manners.
- Assist with the compilation of daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reports
- Ensure all reservations enquiries are answered immediately and according to the hotels standards.
