A leading Multinational entity that produces & provides components and systems for the automotive industry, elevators & escalators is looking to identify a Sales Support Engineer for their operations in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities will include:
• Receiving the inquiries, studying and assigning to the SS team
• Managing the Sales Support team, updating the workload on daily basis and controlling the same on priority basis
• Studying the enquiries and coordinating with the concern sales engineer for any document if required.
• Preparation of Specification, assisting for technical issues to the SS team
• Clarify the client's requirement and prepare final agreed specifications
• Based on costs calculate total cost and prepare quotations to the client
• Liaising with factories and local sales team on key technical & commercial issues
• Preparing the spec to the client, costing sheet, deviation / notes for onward submission
• Guiding sales support to study the Tender Documents and formalizing compliance / deviations
• Interaction with the client, consultant and contractor when as required
• Site visits and making survey for design and technical issues
