Job Purpose
This role is responsible for the operational effectiveness and growth of the MEMA Telemarketing operation in Hewlett Packard's Jordan Demand Generation Centre.
They are accountable for delivery of leads through inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and for delivering clear ROI to Hewlett Packard's Marketing and Sales stakeholders across many countries within MEMA
This person is also responsible for using their leadership skills to motivate the team and develop their skills in order to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities are as follows:
Liaise with key stakeholders to co-ordinate campaigns and agree objectives, ensuring they have an accurate understanding of the team's results and value-add
Develop and maintain robust campaign plan and drive usage with stakeholders and within team, to support end to end campaign planning and execution
Cultivate an environment of high performing sales professionals: leading; coaching; developing and motivating individuals to achieve the highest standards
Maximise engagement across all countries and sales teams to drive lead to sale conversion
Drive team to deliver against metrics, initiating new processes / programs where required to ensure optimal results
Drive high level of quality and accuracy when capturing data to ensure meaningful account information and intelligence is recorded in HP's CRM system
