Transport / Fleet Coordinator - Aspire Logistics (Arabic + English Speaker) - Aspire Zone Foundation May 30th 2013, 06:59 • Supervise and control car pool services in order to ensure provision of timely and efficient services. • Ensures provision of full and partial fleet services including acquisition of vehicles as well as new/renewal of licenses and vehicle registrations. • Coordinate with the maintenance unit and follow up on vehicle maintenance in order to ensure fleet availability and functionality at all times. • Inspect the vehicles in need of maintenance by testing the potentially damaged parts and taking the vehicle for a test drive in order to provide an accurate diagnosis of the problem • Organize and oversee transportation contracts including participating in negotiations and maintaining professional relations with relevant suppliers. • Manage the day-to-day operations of the respective team by providing expertise and encouraging and ensuring teamwork in order to achieve high performance standards and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
