Sales Manager Jun 25th 2013, 20:12 The candidate's main responsibilities will include (not limited to): • To achieve and exceed the sales target set by the Management on monthly basis. To direct, train and motivate the sales force to ensure the individual performance of each Team member. • To develop the sales module of the company to meet the market dynamics. • Conduct field rides with Sales Executives on regular basis. • Monitor the performance of the sales staff and develop the sales team in terms of product knowledge, service offering, sales tactics and approach. • Provide monthly reports about sales, customers, product mix. • Distribute the monthly sales target between the sales team according to products, customers, territories and market segments. • Keeping direct contact with key customers to ensure high level of service is provided. • To generate and pursue new business opportunities. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offering, market intelligence, industry trends and competition in their assigned territory. • Ensure understanding of business and procurement processes of the prospective customer to determine the short-term, and long-term, potential for a relationship with The Company. • Participate in designing the pricing structure with the marketing department. • Map customer needs to product offering and position company products and services with compelling proposition (ROI) with a consultative approach. • Provide relevant customer requirements/service expectations related information to the General Manager. • To conceive policies concerning product program, sales channels, pricing, sales promotion, stock levels, and customer credit, as well as changes in these policies whenever this is deemed desirable. • Representing the company in the most professional possible manner.
