Position Summary:
Develops and manages the implementation of necessary manpower planning.
Organizes, supervises and controls the overall process of SCH manpower plan and organization charts,
Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
Tasks & Duties:
1.Prepares manpower forecast for SCH by understanding the business plan and liaising with department Managers and section heads to translate that into quantifiable headcount requirements.
2.Reviews proposal from each department for staffing requirements and giving recommendations.
3.Ensures maintaining records of staff information to include manpower composition:
4.Manages the preparation and submission of reports on monthly basis (regular/ad-hoc),
5.Supports the Recruitment team in providing them with information related to Approved Vacancies
6.Maintains an up to date organization chart at all times covering every division within SCH.
7.Oversees the development and maintenance of SCH Organization Design/Creation, by understanding SCH operations and best practice of workflows.
8. Utilizes the outmost of HR Technology and System to achieve the highest level of accuracy,
Projects tasks:
9.Defines the projects' objectives and scope and oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle.
10.Acquire resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party administrators and consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
11.Drafts and submits budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes when necessary
