Promoter- Food Supplement Aug 22nd 2013, 05:32 Job Purpose Responsible for promoting the features of a product to an audience or client. Shows how product works, takes questions, and attempts to persuade consumers or clients to buy product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1. Demonstrate product to customers at a store during an exhibition or another venue. 2. Market product to clients or companies who have displayed a need for the product. 3. Advise customers & end users on how product is best-used. 4. Advise customers & end users on proper maintenance and storage of products. 5. Use graphics, slideshows, brochures & booklets to present products to customers. 6. Respond to customer queries regarding the product. 7. Discuss with Pharmacies & purchasers in line with the company approved schemes. 8. Give product samples to customers 9. Set up booths during events and ensure availability of suitable & sufficient materials 10. Highlight to costumers the products edge/benefits over competitors. 11. Train and assist new joining demonstrators. 12. Visit trade shows to demonstrate product, when required. 13. Collect feedback about the product from customers and report to direct Manager. 14. Improvise product demonstrations depending on audience when required in arrangement with Division Head. 15. Distribute coupons and informational brochures. 16. Ensure that cleanliness of work area during & after demonstration. 17. Collect orders of products from companies/pharmacies. 18. Handle inclusions of products to assigned accounts 19. Develop and create a database of customers & end users along with their contacts. 20. Collect market feedback with regards to competitors for existing & prospective products 21. Accurately implement marketing campaigns of products, as planned by Division Head.
