Johnson & Johnson, a multinational consumer healthcare company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Commercial Services Manager to oversee the marketing & media spend for the MENAP region, for their regional office in Dubai. Reporting to the Commercial Procurement Director (EMEA) and Finance Director (MENAP), this role's main responsibility is to strategically source for media and marketing service suppliers for the organisation across the MENAP region.
As a Strategic Commercial Services Manager, you will also be responsible to:
- Implement procurement strategies, selection criteria, carry out negotiations and track the performance of professional agencies for media, creative, digital and production services.
- Implement a country cluster-wide sourcing plan in line with the spend category strategies.
- Implement supplier relationship management programs and create supplier evaluation processes.
- Integrate quality and sustainability KPIs for each category.
- Oversee and be accountable for the short and long term value improvements across categories within the country cluster.
- Partner up with the Marketing Director MENA to ensure long term strategies and operational excellence with all service providers.
