•Develop and implement long and short term strategies for the brokerage business including preparation of business plans and annual budgets
•Achieve business targets in terms of volumes, market share and profits
•Plan and implement the development of the brokerage business targeting domestic institutions, corporate bodies and High Net Worth (HNW) individuals.
•Maintain and develop excellent relationships with customers (Corporate & HNWIs)
•Build and develop the brokerage activity ensuring implementation of technology, policy & procedures, the hiring of staff across the client facing functions
•Liaise and coordinate with counterparts across the organization (i.e. Operations, Finance, Admin, HR, Technology and Risk) to ensure the smooth running of Brokerage activity
•Formulate & review training programs and the ongoing product/ other relevant refreshers for the brokerage team.
•Ensure the business is run in compliance with all internal and regulatory gudileines and regulations.

•Recommend changes in Business Model, including Client Servicing Strategy.
•Recommend and execute changes in sales and strategy.
