Business Development Manager – PACE - Gulf University for Science & Technology ( GUST) Sep 4th 2013, 19:58 • • Plan and implement Action Plans to Achieve both Short Term (Annual) Objectives and long term goals • Create and implement standards for training development, delivery and measurements; • Manage and develop the sales team and assist with the development of trainers; • Manage Training Delivery and operations • Maintains good relations with key customers and supports sales with all necessary negotiations • Resolve customer complaints regarding training delivery • Manage achievement of the budget, sales and profit targets • Recruit, train, coach and motivate the employees for his area in coordination with HR • Help solve sales problems and customers problems. • Attend management meeting. • Update the Executive Management of any critical incidents; come up with suggestions and recommendation to improve the sales. • Supervise the media and marketing plan execution in coordination with the marketing unit.
