About Your Job::
In this role you will be the driver of innovation and business improvement through the means of IT Solutions. You will interpret business strategy and determine innovative, strategic, scalable and sustainable IT solutions supporting business strategy implementation. This also includes proposing right IT solutions to Business problems in order increase revenue, improve customer service/satisfaction, increase productivity/efficiency and drive it to its implementation. You will be responsible to drive and evaluate Business Requirements and provide value addition in terms of suggesting improvements, changes to the existing Systems and propose new IT Solutions to meet the Business requirements. You will work with the IT Delivery Team of the Airline Alliance to identify commercial benefits from the Alliance while also providing strategic corporate IT planning function to the organization. You will manage and attain internal customer expectations and ensure delivery fulfills expectation and full IT budget responsibility for the assigned Business Unit within the Line of Business
About You::
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Sciences/ Commerce and a total of 8+ Years of experience with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role. You need to have substantial experience in Project Management, including skills in data collection and analysis, report writing, communication and delivering agreed objectives within agreed timescales and cost. We are looking for excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization, good planning, organizing and leadership skills, ability to build, mentor and manage small to medium size team of Project Leads and/or Business Analysts. You must be a quick learner with strong Analytical and Problem solving capabilities together with Eye for detail and experience in Business requirements analysis, working with use cases, business process modeling will be an added advantage.
