• Preparing consolidated project plan for the projects handheld in Product Software Engineering.
• Monitoring the project with total control over the project by collecting issue logs periodically and following up with teams for assigned projects.
• Mentor the projects to follow the CMMI guidelines and implement them without any non-conformity.
• Conduct status meeting on a periodical manner, monitor & track the project progress, identify the risk factors, plan mitigation plan, adjust the project plan with corrective actions.
• Ensures that the analysis of all collected information is done in an efficient and effective manner; and that all collected information is used properly for the roadmap setting.
• Ensure all project related records and reports prepared properly with relevant information.
• Manages and supervises the process of internal launching of new releases and modules. Also follows up on the issuance of the needed documentation and provide to management up on request.
• Coordinate and maintain the project documentation in the servers, aligned to CMMI guidelines.
• Managerial skills are a must where he/she can hold a lot of responsibility and has very good organization skills.
