BE Mechnical 5-10 years experience • Leadership: Able to manage teams of professional to achieve goals of the company
• Experience in Project Management using tools such as MS Project to:
o to control and report progress,
o budget
o payments
• Field Experience and able to manage site activities pertaining to:
o fabrication and erection of piping for refineries and process plants,
o pipelines,
o interconnecting yard piping,
o Pumps and Air Compressors.
o Field Instrumentation and related SCADA/DCS systems
o HVAC, and
o Industrial buildings
o Be able to produce Safety Plan and execute it
o Be able to produce Quality Plan and execute it
• Bidding & Estimation: He must be able to prepare bids which involve
o Prequalification document preparation
o Tender document review
o MTO review and Material Costing
o Human Resource Identification and Quantification and costing
o Tools and Equipment costing
o Subcontract (if any)
• Managing subcontracts
• Managing Procurement
• Has capability to communicate with supplier, consultants and clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
