Analyser Technician - SRACO Saudi Arabia Sep 4th 2013, 06:28 Job Purpose: To assist the Analyser section, together with contractors, vendors and other staff in order to maintain the plant on-line Analysers and control systems. Be involved in the planning of work in the order of priority; carry out daily preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with preventative maintenance schedule and procedures relevant to the Analyser section. Carry out fault finding and repairs as and when required. Duties and Responsibilities:  Execute preventative maintenance in accordance with preventative maintenance plans and procedures relevant to the process Analysers.  Contribute to the planning of turnarounds and participate actively to carryout safety surveys and supervision of both in-house and vendor / contractor personnel to ensure completion of agreed schedule, scope and quality and ensuring safe working at all times.  Carryout troubleshooting and repairs, monitor equipments performance; contribute to the design and review of modifications proposals to utilize unexplored capabilities of the system. Monitor the job execution by the contractors (as appropriate) to ensure continuous improvement / optimization of equipment performance and safety.  Work closely with Production and Engineering Departments in any control strategy changes in order to improve the operability of equipment and plant operations. Coordinate with internal and external facilities for smooth functioning of Analyser systems thus providing support to operations for improved plant performance.  Keep improving the system with latest information & its implementation.  Analyze the chronic problems and find the suitable and effective solution with minimum downtime. Experience: 3 years of work experience in Petrochemical Industries. High knowledge of a variety of Analysers and associated systems, Very good hands on experience in day to day plant maintenance with excellent fault finding abilities. Familiar with ISO9002 requirement.
