Receive and handle both In-bound and Out-bound calls in a courteous & professional manner to respond to customer's enquiries/complaints related to link/service technical issues, billing, products' features related issues in order to provide customers with first class on line support services in a well-mannered fashion that result in boosting ITC business and achievement of related indexes and KPIs.
- Offer ITC Customers, the correct answer for existing customers enquiry & potential customers.
- Confirm the service status once the problem is resolved.
- Troubleshoot Customer Problems.
- Service ITC customers & manage their requirements.
- Follow-up on pending issues with ITC internal department in order to proceed with the customer request within the KPI and SLA guidelines.
- Explain ITC services to the potential customers in order to influence them to subscribe.
- Check the coverage of customer location.
- Update Customer Information & log their problem / inquires in the system.
