Job Purpose
To carry out the organizing strategy of HR Dept. That is in conformity with its strategy and approved by the leadership of the organization, to develop employees' indemnity system in line with the best industrial consultancy systems practices, and to spread and increase the administrative awareness and illustrate the organization's policy to its employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic tasks:
To develop and carry out the HR policy and procedural guideline and upgrade it on a timely basis.
Develop HR policies and procedures in the line with organization direction.
Develop current organization structure.
Develop and supervising job analysis, job description & job specification.
Upgrade and manage promotion system, compensation and benefits system.
To prepare short term plans in order to facilitate the work of employees in the organization to motivate them towards higher productivity and apply the organizational policy.
To develop the forms applied in the organization on a periodical basis and subject to the work needs.
To develop recruitment plans that meets the organization requirements of work force.
To set an annual tabulated plan for training organization's employees in line with the work requirements.
To develop maintaining a suitable workplace strategy that encourage employees to do well and fully participate and grow opportunities in the organization.
To start planning for substitution and discuss job development with employees.
To develop HR services standards for all required activities.
Supervising the logistical preparations for all events organized by the Organization Board.
To supervise the arrangements and agenda for all meetings in the organization.
To set a plan for HR.
To execute supporting plans for the organization's strategy and its Five-Year Plan that is approved in the strategy.
Supervising Manpower budget and Training budget.
Supervising Medical care Contract.
Tasks of Processes and Operation:
To develop a policy for indemnifying employees in order to enhance the motivation attitude in return of the excellent performance and conduct.
To take initiative in reviewing and suggesting incentives plans.
To develop and establish a Performance Management System ensuring that distribution and indemnity of employees by their departments run after the adopted system.
To conduct a study on staff satisfaction on a annual basis in order to measure their motivation and know their attitudes and opinions about various measurements and the success of the applied policy.
To administer staff attendance records and the like.
To administer recruitment contracts and maintain records of all related documents.
To administer cultural and social activities for the organization's staff.
To prepare the visitors and guests program.
To contact embassies, diplomatic bodies, and government authorities, establishments and ministries.
To represent the administration in internal and external meetings.
To supervise the preparation of annual performance reports.
To evaluate HR employees
Management maintenance contract, security contract and other services contracts.
Administrative Tasks:
To provide support and guidance to the administrative cadre and departments directors on implementation of the administrative policies.
To perform any task that is ordered by the General Secretary or any of working trustees or directors of the organization.
