2.1 Greet, assist the visitors entering HO, Direct and Arrange meeting with appropriate HO staff, maintain visitors log register etc.
2.2 Answer all incoming telephone calls, redirecting the calls to appropriate internal extension phone numbers, handle caller's inquiries whenever possible.
2.3 Respond to all inquiries.
2.4 Receive, Direct and relay telephonic messages and Fax messages.
2.5 Open and date stamp of all incoming correspondence and arrange to distribute to HO staff.
2.6 Arrangement for external mail delivery through courier service and tracking, maintain register books.
2.7 Supervising and monitoring of all HO staff duty muster roll.
2.8 Tidy and maintain the reception area.
2.9 Updating & listing all stationery requirements of the HO.
2.10 Handling/ supervising the stationary stock for HO.
2.11 Coordinate the repair and maintenance of the office equipments.
2.12 Maintaining and booking of HO meeting Room.
