A large group of companies is seeking to recruit a dynamic Recruiter to be based in Sharjah.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns CVs screening
• Schedule Interviews with candidates
• Assess candidates through phone or face to face interviews
• Understand where best candidates in the region and overseas are located and determine methods to attract quality candidate
• Liaise with Personnel and Managers to build their recruitment capacity
• New initiatives with regards to sourcing and attracting candidates
• Fill positions in a timely way
• Employ best cost effective recruitment strategies
• Manage the data base and Applicant Tracking System
• Negotiate salary conditions and employment contract drafts with candidates
• Follow up any background checks required prior to employment
• Initiate new hire paperwork process for prospective employees, and initiate all necessary for the company and/or client immigration documentation which meets both company and country requirements
• Assist in first day employment
• Management of local administrative registers and communications to local offices
• Assist employee upon his HR queries during his service life in the company
• Data entry in company's Web based tools
• Work with Payroll Dept. to resolve timesheet and expense report issues
• Integrity Training/ Company's Integrity Policy and Company Culture Training & Development
