• PLANNING, FORECASTING & BUDGETING:-
1. Planning monthly Value & Volume Budgets through Baseline & Brand enablers.
2. Crystallizing the Category/Channel inputs generated from Demand Planning meetings into monthly forecasts.
3. Translating the holistic unconstrained Brand Plans into the exact SKU mix.
4. Ensuring that the yearly BCo Budgets are in close sync with Principal's yearly plans.

• PROCUREMENT & DISTRIBUTION:-
1. Procuring in sync with the Demand Plans in close coordination with the suppliers.
2. Ensure availability of the right SKU at the right place through a weekly replenishment model as per norms.
3. Ensuring that relevant manual inputs are incorporated in stock allocation to capture specific event matrix/cater to enhanced demand.

• PROMOTIONAL PLANNING:-
1. Decide on the annual Promo Menu in conjunction with Principal's Brand & Category teams and in sync with the relevant Channels.
2. Ensuring that consumer promotions serve the intended purpose & should not instigate inter-channel conflicts.
3. Incorporate relevant Trade Promotions in Channels & Categories which are deemed to be the engines of growth.
4. Ensuring that all agreed promotional plans are complemented with product availability-On Time In Full.
5. Conducting Quarterly Promo Evaluation.

• INNOVATIONS/PRODUCT RE-LAUNCH:-
1. Involvement in future product launch/ re-launches.
2. Ensuring that the initial sell-in and activation plans are built Bottoms Up.
3. Aligning with Unilever to ensure that the Launch Conference delivers to its potential & the "One Team " spirit is felt all across.
4. Performing an interim review post one month of the re-launch to assess the vitality rates. The findings of the same to be shared with all concerned stake holders.

• BRANCH VISITS:-
1. Periodic Branch visits to assess the branch performance vis-à-vis national run rates.
2. To propose region specific activities to Unilever so as to respond to market dynamics.
3. To monitor market trends and competition activities and proposes counter actions.
4. To carry out periodic market pricing & trade margin analysis.
