Key Function:
Manage a team of technicians which includes monitoring of their daily activity, productivity, and performance and to ensure that the technicians are properly equipped and well motivated.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of technician's.
• Monitor and follow up daily tasks assigned to the technicians.
• Reconciliation of the technician's cash collections against cash receipts.
• Maintain record of the technician's activity and performance through the checklist and customers' comments.
• Determine action to be taken for a job/task that is mishandled and highlight to the Customer Operations Manager.
• Review and analyze reports produced internally.
