A well established group of companies engaged mainly in construction industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire HR Administrative Assistant who will be responsible in assisting the HR Manager with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
Responsible for maintaining personnel files and records and HR filing system;
Assist with employee relations, employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
Following all the legal issues of the staff concerning the issuing of work visas, Iqama, renewal of Iqama, etc.
Coordinating with Medical Insurance carrier for addition of new employees to medical plan, deletion of leavers, and processing of medical reimbursement forms as well as debit and credit invoices.
Responsible of the Data Entry of the attendance sheet of the staff and their compliance to working hours and schedule.
Responsible of the data entry of all the staff request forms: Leave request, absence request, Exit-Reentry request, etc
Responsible for monitoring and preparation of employees' daily attendance.
Preparing, processing, and filing all day to day correspondence e.g. contracts of employment, salary certificates, references, end of probation reminders, starters and leavers notification
Assist in the recruitment process.
