POSITION SUMMARY:
• 75% of time is spent on customer product presentation, price negotiation, and getting approvals.
• 15% in technical submittals.
• 10% on other activities.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Based on workload, assists in reviewing (RFP) and preparing quotation.
2. Contacts customers to explain and discuss quotations. Prepares detailed technical proposal. Discuss "Technical Compliance Report" w/ the Sales/Application Engineer and Area Sales Manager. Follow-up for approval.
3. Fills special price form for discount from factory, for the Sales Manager approval.
4. Negotiates w/customers - at the value received from purchasing .
5. Reviews contracts - reaches agreement w/customers (payment, LC, warranty, etc). Enter approval acknowledgement in the system.
6. Releases work order for start-ups. Handover complete order to logistics.
7. Meets target % for individual sales, and % of job specification with consultants.
8. Presents company profile (training/seminars) and red carpet welcome.
9. Reviews factory acknowledgment to ensure order specification is correct.
10. Signs approved and finalized contracts.
11. Finalizes terms of payment.
