• Screen and select internal and external candidates.
• Administer recruitment methods.
• Perform selection process by short listing candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Constantly check internal staffing processes and helps define best practices.
• Acts as contact person for local HR Managers in the region regarding selection and recruitment.
• Involved in processing termination standards as appropriate.
• Deal with staff transfers in and out of the organization.
• Work with managers to support, advise and guide on employment law matters.
• In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
